FREE DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND

Normal delivery times are Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6.00pm excluding public holidays.  Deliveries at other times are possible by prior arrangement but can incur a surcharge.

IN STOCK products our offered with a standard dispatch lead time of approximately 3-5 Working Days. (Please allow up to 4-6 working days at busy periods and for certain IKEA and bespoke size items)

At some times including seasonal periods lead times can be effected. If your delivery is likely to be longer than 7 days, we will contact you in advance. 

Memory Sleep shall use their reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. Memory Sleep shall not be liable for any costs arising from delay in delivery howsoever caused.

There may be some other remote post codes which fall into a surcharge category. If this applies to your delivery address, memory sleep will contact you to confirm your order.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands will incur a surcharge which may vary depending on what has been ordered.

Delivery to EU Member Countries

We can offer a subsidised delivery to most EU countries, this is heavilly discounted and a great offer. £25 per item to most European Union destinations.

Memory Sleep will deliver goods suitably packaged and in good condition to the forwarding carriers. Memory Sleep cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs whilst in the carriers possesion. 

Any damages that arise in transit will be investigated and a replacement will be offered, please accept that this is out of our control and memory sleep are not liable for any hardship caused.

Unless agreed by memory sleep, where an order contains multiple items some items may be delivered seperately once they become available.

Where a customer has been notified by phone or email of the delivery date but the Buyer is not availble to receive the delivery at the delivery address a charge to the customer of a minimum of £18 will be applied to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.

International deliveries can be arranged to any location with the additional cost being agreed prior to purchase. Our international delivery charges are extremely competitive and we can deal with any paperwork relating to the particular country (if requested, surcharge may apply)


Upon delivery, an authorised adult must be available at the delivery address to check the item(s) and approve delivery in a satisfactory condition. Signature of your delivery indicates there is no fault with the goods.

Our couriers deliver to your front door, they may at there own discretion take items in to your property.


Buyers have 48 hours from the date delivery to inform us of any damages, faults or discrepancies. This must be done in writing, or by email (see contact us).
